1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mind Ease website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Important: The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Ketamine therapy is a medical treatment that requires evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
Mind Ease does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this website is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Platform Relationship
Mind Ease is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. Mind Ease does not practice medicine, employ medical professionals, or interfere with clinical decisions. All clinical decisions, including whether to evaluate you, whether to prescribe ketamine, and what treatment plan is appropriate, are made solely by the independent licensed providers in their professional judgment. Mind Ease does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription or that ketamine therapy will be recommended for you.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the United States, including a resident of California or any other U.S. state or the District of Columbia where our services are available
- Be physically located in the United States at the time of any telehealth consultation or treatment
- Complete a medical evaluation with a licensed provider
- Provide accurate and complete information
Mind Ease services are available only in the United States. We do not provide services to individuals located outside the United States.
5. Emergency Disclaimer
Mind Ease is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, having suicidal thoughts with a plan or intent to act, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support available 24/7, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
6. Prescription Requirements
All ketamine treatments provided through Mind Ease require a valid prescription from a licensed physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner. We do not sell ketamine or any controlled substances directly to patients without proper medical authorization.
7. Prescription and Medication Costs
All ketamine treatments require a valid prescription from a licensed provider, issued only after a clinical evaluation. Mind Ease does not sell ketamine or any controlled substances. The Mind Ease subscription fee covers telehealth platform access and clinical care coordination only. Medication costs are separate and are billed directly to you by the compounding pharmacy that fills your prescription. Use of a preferred pharmacy partner incurs no additional fee. Use of a non-preferred pharmacy may incur an administrative fee.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your Mind Ease subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds: If your provider has not yet evaluated you or written a prescription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Once a prescription has been written and sent to a pharmacy, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle. This policy reflects that the clinical evaluation, prescribing decision, and care coordination services have already been rendered.
9. Patient Conduct Policy
Mind Ease maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior directed at our staff, clinicians, or partners. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate treatment for any individual who engages in verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, or threats.
This policy exists to protect our team and ensure a safe, respectful environment for all patients and staff. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and revocation of access to the Mind Ease platform.
10. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
